  • Annual Reports on the Application of the Lobbying Act

    The Lobbying Act (the Act) requires the Commissioner of Lobbying to prepare a report on the administration of the Act within three months after the end of each fiscal year. That report must be submitted to the Speaker of each House of Parliament and the Speakers are required to table the report in the House over which they preside.

  • Annual Reports on the Lobbyists' Code of Conduct

    The Lobbying Act (the Act) requires that, within three months after the end of each fiscal year, the Registrar General table an annual report before each House of Parliament with regard to the exercise of the powers, duties and functions conferred on the Registrar in relation to the Code, on any of the first fifteen days on which that House is sitting after it is received.

  • Annual Reports on the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act

    The head of every government institution subject to the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act must prepare an annual report on the administration of each Act within the institution at the end of each fiscal year, for submission to Parliament. The Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying is a government institution for the purposes of each Act. The report must be submitted to the Speaker of each House of Parliament and each Speaker is required to table the report in the House over which he or she presides.
